I was surprised that the box of the product was badly dented when I received it. But the condition of the product was fine. It took a lot of effort to connect the product to the helmet. The combination of the product and the helmet is very hard. The quality of the product is good. I couldn't check the sound quality because I didn't have the radio I have, but I'm going to connect it to my cell phone next time I buy the adapter.
